Definitely be looking to start Doku here, he's the only winger I've seen turn Wan-Bissaka inside out in years. McAtee should get another 25-30 minutes off the bench ahead of a start against Salford. Kudus and Summerville will be a huge threat down the wings, so I'd give Walker a start here over Lewis. Foden or KDB is a toss up, neither is playing well right now.

Ortega
Walker Akanji Ake Gvardiol
Kovacic Bernardo
Savinho KDB Doku
Haaland

McAtee should be the first on the team-sheet.

When does the new boy arrive?

We should play him against Salford.
Claudio Echeverri has been given permission by #ManCity to represent Argentina at the South American U20 Championship, running from late January to mid-February. Echeverri will link up with @mancity once he is finished with international duties.

Just seen no Bowen for them. That is a massive boost for us, they've still got plenty of pace in the side for our tortoise paced backline and non-existent midfield to cope with though and sadly, right now, literally all you need to cause us a shit tonne of problems is a bit of pace.
Bowen's always given us problems, but the star man last season against us was Kudus. Arguably the most dangerous opponent we encountered all year. The thought of him running at Gvardiol or Lewis gives me the heebee-geebees. Other than him though, the Hammers are probably - on current form - the team we'd all be most happy to face....

Channel balls over the top to Kudus.

I really think that'll be all whu have, it's up to us to bang a couple of early goals in let them panic themselves into defeat.
