I'm flying to Sydney tomorrow and missing 4 consecutive City games (apart from the COVID season) for the first time since 78-79.

However I'll be at PSG and hoping for a couple of new signings

Have a brilliant time in Sidney. Wish I were going there again I had a great time there.
In fact I bumped into a person I hadn’t seen for 10 yrs who actually lived in Oldham!! Small world. :-)

Tomorrow could be a sliding doors moment in our season.

A convincing win and we could rescue our season, a loss and the positivity built up from the Leicester win will evaporate and we’re back to rock bottom.

I have a friend who’s in town for the game, but couldn’t get tickets. As I’ve not lived in Manchester since 1985, can anyone recommend a good pub for my friend to watch the game in? Thanks!

The Waldorf is the main City pub in the city centre. Just over from Piccadilly station, a quick look on google maps and you can’t miss it.

A two or three goal win and hopefully a clean sheet. Despite the second half vs Leicester we looked decent and should have been a further ahead at half time.

Ignore 50% of the game and we looked decent? Despite winning I thought Leicester was the worst performance of the lot.

There’s tickets going on here, in the Ticket and Travel Exchange thread, be a shame if he/she ends up having to watch it in the pub.
