West Ham United Thread - 2021/22

Good for them. The vibes are like when we were qualifying for the latter stages of tournaments. Like The ‘Ammers.

Secondary to that, it’s good to see them flourishing under Moyes, whilst the club who fucked him off are now on the road to nowhere, the laughing stock of football.

Moyes 1. Rags 0.

Great result and I’d love them to win this, one of my favourite non-City matches, and one of the first non-FA cup finals I got to watch on TV was West Ham v Anderlect and the amazing Robbie Rensenbrink, both very good teams back then packed with quality internationals, but Rensenbrink , what a player he was.

Hammers could win their first European trophy for many moons, but they underestimate l'OL at their peril. Olympique Lyonnais have been a real Jekyll and Hyde team this season – crappy in their own league, curiously solid and serious in Europe.
