My son plays either right or left wing (plays with both feet) and is constantly moaning that he never gets the ball because the striker wants it and just tries to score the whole time.….

He’s more into individual sports at the minute because of this.

Agree with you both. Seeing my girl play against boys teams there's a huge difference. The girls played better as a team but didn't have a goalscorer while the boys just had a load of greedy players shooting all the time.

My two Canadian granddaughters play for their University teams. One even has a football (soccer there) scholarship at hers.

I was told girls didn’t play football when I joined my brothers and cousins. Get in, now we come in to our own!

All the talk about Arsenal when naming the players clubs...the number of blues in this team (e.g .scoring the winning goal), maybe we could get a mention. Our club has definitely invested in the women's game. I should imagine our medical team helped with Chloe Kelly's recovery from the ACL injury. As a City fan I'm a little biased though. Well done lionesses.. Any blue with young girls who enjoyed that you owe it to them to take them along to our next WSL game.
