WFA Cup - Durham A - 14th Jan - 12:30ko (iPlayer & red button)

Nice neat football, but don’t forget the end product.
This kind of football that gets the game sorted but not a great watch. We can channel the ball back from a corner to our goalie like no other team. Patient, controlled, possession-based football is not a great spectator sport. And despite scoring over three goals a game over the last umpteen games we must have the lowest conversion rate to shots of anyone in the WSL - twenty five shots today and a meagre return of four goals.

The game on iPlayer was a shocker to watch. Camera facing the sun and a grim angle to cover the pitch. Should have had a fuckin great gantry on the other side. Couldn't see where the fuckin ball was at times.

It was terrible to watch, like looking through binoculars the wrong way. I didn't even know we had scored our first until I saw the reply it was so hard to see.
