What’s the first holiday you’re booking when restrictions are gone?

Booked lesvos for June, fingers crossed but we can change it until later if there's still restrictions, but hopefully before that we will be going to Scotland to see our daughter and Grandkids

Penmaenmawr to see my son and family, especially my granddaughter, in the flesh so to speak. I’ve been able to see the ones who live in the Gtr Manchester/Lancashire but the ‘Welsh’ and Canadian ones only via FaceTime. Canada will have to wait a little longer! :-) :-)

Canary islands
But forget about it this year
More likely 2022 or 2023 before they will allow us on planes
It's all part of the big reset

This is clearly bollocks.
Both the big reset shite and not being allowed on a plane until 2022.

I've got too much to list lined up this year; no doubt some will get cancelled but hopeful some will go ahead without issue.
I think there are gonna be a lot of deals to be had across 2021, to tempt people who are cautious about overseas travel, before the inevitable price hikes 2022 onwards.

The 'most beautiful place' thread was inspiring, so many places I still need to see.

I hope your right!
But done expect this lot to allow to do us anything for a long time.

It's gonna depend on people's appetite to travel and the possible risk involved (more financial than anything else), but travel will happen in 2021.

Probably not for a few months, and probably not to many long haul destinations, but it will return in some capacity.

I managed to get away 6 times between July and December last year. I'm fortunate that my circumstances facilitated this (no kids or other half, basically!), and some of the trips were a gamble, but it can be done for those who are inclined to do it.

If people would rather holiday at home for 2021 then that is also cool. That's the beauty of travel; we can go as simple or crazy as time/money/inclination permits.

Me?
File me under crazy when it comes to travel (but relatively sane for everything else)

I just think the next thing will be the variants of the virus that will lead to further virtual imprisonment this year mate I do hope I'm wrong, I've booked gran canaria for October but I dont think even now 8 months away that we will be going!
I've written off 2021 as an event to be honest.
I'm trying to be optimistic but realism suggests that we won't be allowed to do anything.
I'm fucked off with it all, where is the nearest bridge.
