What a great club we support

Great thread and what this place is all about, City fans together.

Fantastic from the club and Danny Wilson as ever.
 
Sorry to hear about your father in law and hope he makes it and has a great day.

That's our club and especially Danny Wilson, he is a credit to us. I'll never forget the kindness he and Lisa Eaton showed me when I was ill.
 
Suzanne is absolutely brilliant. A friend was in the last few days of being with us. He wanted to go to the game and Suzanne moved heaven and earth to help him get there. Sadly on the Saturday he was too ill to get to the Etihad, Suzanne just said thanks for letting her know.
Sadly he died the next Tuesday. He did not want flowers but was okay if the club sent them. Suzanne had asked me to keep her informed and as soon as I told her he had gone she asked about sending flowers.
I explained about how he had missed 1 home game in over 40 years and his only religion was City. For the funeral the club sent a floral arrangement of the club badge, 4 ft by 2 ft.
The cost will of been over £100. Suzanne arranged everything. She is a credit to the club and so is Danny Wilson.
I read on here but do not post much due to the negativity I see. Please remember, the club does care and there will be other occasions where the club has made arrangements for fans who are in ill health.
