I asked this question to Spursmad a couple of days ago. If they can keep all the players fit and " arry" already seems to have got them organised I can see them doing well next season. Alternatively the Manager will embark on his usual buy as many players as you can policy without really improving things. ie; he gets rid of Pavluychenko and buys Crouch etc.

I think they should have been doing better over the last few seasons because they seem to have been pretty active in the transfer market (not inc this summe) over a number of years now with nothing major to show for it, at least in premiership terms. They never seem to make a ripple, whatever they spend.

think it because they never seem to buy people as additions there always buyin players as replacements for players they've sold, and therefore seem to be at square 1 all the time.

Now don't start moaning all of you city-topics only posters, but does anyone have any idea why Spurs are so quiet? Like us, they normally get linked with players left right and centre in the papers, so why is this not the case this time round? Just seems a bit odd

cuz old arry's given up he just thinks whoever they want were gonna go in 4 them and BTOOTW, so he's not gonna go in 4 anyone, even if he thinks there triffic
