What are them gantry things on the 2nd level at the ground?

Does anyone know what i am talking about?

I noticed that they were installed just before christmas, they look like little platforms with a single blue seat on them. They are fixed to the underside of the middle teir facing the pitch and are right the way round the ground.

any ideas anyone?

I thought that mate but they look like they are every other block. I wouldnt have thought we would need that many camera men at the ground. Pls we already ahve a shit load at the top of the colin Bell stand

Just a guess but with new technology being implemented all the time, such as the goal line stuff maybe we are preparing for when and if this comes in for other decisions like offside and the like

I sit on the front row 3rd tier of the Colin Bell stand. They are in our view for many of the people around me.
I have been in dialogue with the club as we now have a restricted view. They say they can move us but nobody wants to move.
I am now awaiting a further reply after discussions today.
