What are them gantry things on the 2nd level at the ground?

I ment when they was not there I could see the giant screen to see replays and what ever else was on the screen, but now I can see nothing as this is in the way.

They are for camara's yes and for some people who sit behind them have restricted view now of the big screens and have complained. In which they have decided to put plasma tv's underneth the camara stand so they can still see replays and stuff. They was was ment to be installed for the cardiff game but now will be there hopefully on saturday for the Watford game
