I like Mexican food and we had my grandchildren with us. The bill was fucking astronomical.

I know Stony. Took my children to Frank and Bennys a couple of weeks ago. Couldn't believe that it was £60 for garlic bread, pizza, a children's meal and drinks. It cost less to take them to a decent Italian in town. It's the drinks which bump up the bill :-(

Yes, she is a very nice girl, but he does have a type and she certainly adhered to it. I know what you mean about the drinks, I had 6 pints of whatever the house lager was, and the others had a bottle of wine, soft drinks and cocktails. The drinks probably cost more than the meal, and we all had starters, mains and deserts. I didn't order a desert, but they brought me a free one with candles in because my daughter told them it was my birthday, so my grandsons enjoyed a second desert between them. We had a really good night, expensive, but well worth it.
