I have seen them being cooked a few times on youtube, I don't like shellfish but I can see the draw of the Craw.

I ( the wife) is just boiling down the leftover shells for stock today, when we have the main feed they’re cooked with sweet corn, potatoes, polish sausage ( should be some Cajun sausage) and very spicy, just throw it out on a table and help yourself
