You know those flying ant things on flying ant day ?
I was setting the table in the garden for outside tea when I saw the ground ‘move’
It was actually mental. Lots of little running ants and then this crazy swarm of flying ants coming from the ground. Literally thousands of them .
Like a true naturalist I screamed , ran inside and closed all the doors and windows.

I kid you not, within an hour they were all gone .

It’s amazing .
