Diet has whizzed out of the window this month. Got down to 13 1/2 stone, went to Kendal Calling, got ruined and am recovering with the aid of a Ghost Chilli Burger at the pub earlier and copious amounts of my bestest pal in the world ever - the mighty Bow. 6 tins chilling in the freezer and a further 15 cans in the boot of the car just in case I get a thirst on.
