I'm normally a beer and cider type of fella with a bit of single Malt from time to time but on a hot day I love a Limoncello Collins.
I make it

1 part Gin
2 parts Limoncello
1 part Lemonade (use a good one)
Lemon juice and ice to taste.

A bottle of Austrian sparkling sweet wine on the train from Vienna to Paris. Included the ticket. Not something I'd choose myself though. Ordered a couple of different ones to go with my dinner later. Hopefully they'll be a bit less sweet.
