Just tried Bailey's tonight for the first time ever (got a bottle as a gift). Horrid stuff; sickly sweet.

Put a wee drop of Jameson into it with a couple of ice cubes.
Makes it much more palatable.

The bottles of alcohol-free Erdinger are the best/only of that kind of beer I’d actively choose over regular beers at times. Really tasty, esp cold.

A double famous grouse whisky with water, I've a 12 year old Glenlivet that I'm gonna get stuck into on saturday night though.

Pours a golden yellow with a soapily staying head. Slightly bready to the nostril with hints of hoppy citrus to the palate. Light to medium carbonation with a mellow dry finish. Arf Arf.

The Italian macro brewer says to pair with full flavoured starters or a medium aged cheese. I have non of these to hand Right Now so diversified with a 45g bag of Walkers cheese and onion.
