Radio 2 have been running their annual "21st Century Folk" segment. With the emphasis on trains this year. Folk singers are introduced to regular people with a story and are commissioned to write a song about them. Here, Richard Thompson (Fairport Convention) sings of Windrush Generation Imigrant Siggy who got a job the next day upon arrival cleaning trains and still works for the railway at 85! He is a keen cricketer. I find this song weirdly emotional, despite being a jolly, singalong
