At this point, the tears flow (as they are now).

11 years ago tomorrow, my wife of 35 years, a long time Neil Diamond fan, died in my arms whilst on holiday in France. We had decided to sell up and move there on our return home.
C'est la vie!

Thanks for that. 11 years on and it's still raw. Me and the girls (38 and 35, but still girls to me!) are going for our usual lunch together tomorrow to (?) celebrate the anniversary, which was also a Friday.
