What are you listening to.................RIGHT NOW!!!

Thought you might appreciate this. I can never listen to this song without thinking about a certain pair of Ivorian brothers.

 
Been listening to Doves a lot recently. In their prime they were one of my most played, had them on loads, but I hadn’t listened to them much in the last decade. Just recently I started playing them again and hearing songs I’d forgotten about.

They’re one of those rare bands where I like almost all of their songs.






Even their B-sides and lesser played album tracks are total class. A band that should be regarded much higher than they are! Their underratedness typified with The Manc’s Instagram account’s ‘Best Manc Album’ posts last week, where Doves didn’t even get a nomination in the early rounds so I was moaning in the comments sections about it all week (even Blossoms and Inspiral Carpets got nominated!)
