Best adrenaline rush I've ever had was paragliding 6000ft up off Babadag mountain above Olu Deniz, Turkey. That was in 2012 when i was younger and braver. I wasn't in control though as i was in tandem with a paragliding expert.

But wingsuit flying is totally different. I don't think its possible to go tandem in a wingsuit so anyone who tries it first time is playing Russian roulette in the sky. Talk about a leap of faith. No thanks, my bollocks aren't big enough nowadays to even think about trying it.
