Finished Stephen Kings 11/22/63 a couple of weeks ago and very much enjoyed it. Reading a Dean Koontz at the mo, 'What the night knows'....its OK I suppose.
11/22/63 is brilliant, have you read The Stand or IT?

I read em both as a kid and for me "IT" was a great read about(1500 pages if I remember) but for me the ending disappointed me! Reading up to around the 1400 pages for me it was one of the best books I'd read.

A Confederacy Of Dunces - John Kennedy Toole.

About 7/8 of the way through.

'When a true genius appears in the world, you may know him by this sign, that the dunces are in confederation against him.' (Jonathan Swift)

Ignatius is the man. Read a boook called Apathy with a similiar (anti) hero.

Damned - Chuck Palahniuk. Wrote Fight Club

Just finished Dark Blood by Stuart MacBride, starting his next one tonight.

The Stand is my fave book, one of the only ones I've read more than once. IT is great also, I was a bigger King fan growing up than I am these days but he still churns out some quality stuff. Under the Dome is well worth a read.
