Out of boredom and isomnia im going to go full fm mode on this post..
If kolo goes then we definitely need CB cover
I only know of us being linked with skrtel, i personally think he's a bit too good to want to be 3rd choice here but i wouldn't say no to it (hard to think of 3rd choices that would be good enough but happy to be on the bench). I cant see us buying someone that will push lescott for his place yet.
I like barry but a CM to really push us to the next level in distribution and attacking presence (think two yaya's!)
We've been linked with martinez and de rossi mostly, de rossi seems more likely and i'd be over the moon with him even if he is getting on. Passing, defending, rocket shot, physicality and winning mentality to slot right into the pl.
If one does come then it allows us to sell de jong if he doesn't sign a new contract.

Someone to push nasri and to allow us to rest silva (who blatantly got knackered at points last season). I personally feel both of them on the field can lead to too much passive passing around the box sometimes when teams play with 10 men behind the ball against us, so someone with drive could add a new dimension to force defenses open (though with tevez back...)
Pedro, di maria, mueller, nani, hulk (hazard and lavezzi before they moved). We've been linked with loads but nothing really solid, i'd be happy with anyone around that standard, dreaming for pedro because of how stacked barca are for fowards but they all seem unlikely.
Finally if tevez goes we need a big replacement, if dzeko goes, i'd be happy to bring guidetti up to the first team, if they both go, new striker and guidetti.
Out of rvp, cavani and falcao, i'd prefer falcao but rvp seems more likely.

Attacking Mid - Get Dzagoev on a free in January to give Silva a rest; he could turn into a world class player and is good enough to challenge for a squad place.
Youth - Start to ease Boyata, Rekik, Weiss and other younger players into the team in Carling and FA Cup games.
I'd be surprised if we didn't get at least 1 treble within 5 years with this team.

A solid dependable centre back who is quite young, Martin Škrtel fits the bill although I think its quite unlikely.
Deep lying midfielder - Modric or De rossi
Skillfull winger type player - Really wanted Bale but theres no chance of that, maybe moura could be an option.
Striker - Van Persie coming in
