Evidently given the outlay of this summer and the quality of players we have managed to bring to the club on top of those that managed to finish joint second on points with Chelsea and lifted the FA Cup, obviously progress is going to be difficult.

In the first three games of this season we have witnessed some fantastic build up play and excellent goals. Dzeko looks in exceptional form, Nasri is a quality addition who will compliment Merlin (Silva) and we have Carlos, Mario and Adam in reserve if we need a player to make an impact off the bench.

Premiership - 2nd place, a few points below United due to a poor December.
Champions League - Last 16 (Beaten by Real Madrid)
FA Cup - Retain our trophy.
Carling Cup - Semi Finals (Beaten 2 - 1 by Liverpool)

Your opinions?

dont know! but please dont lose to Liverpool, i hate those cunts.

if all the players step up and are able to play the same way, we will probably win at least one trophy this season!

I just think they will be very strong in domestic competitions. I think Saurez will lead them to cup glory.

I don't expect anything. It's not my money the club has spent, so i don't put any demands on the team or manager. Well, as long as it's within reason and they aren't absolutely shit.

I will not demand a trophy every season because it wont happen(!) and if people think it will they'll be disappointed a fair bit. And that's the thing, i don't want to be disappointed, i want to enjoy all this. I look at England's and Europe's top clubs and see none of them win a trophy every season. United don't, Barca have had the odd three year droughts from time to time over the decades (it took them 40 years to ever win a European Cup!), Real Madrid have spent more than anyone ever has and they have the odd three year droughts. City will do the same and we should all realise this!

If i had to pin down something i would say that a top three finish in the Prem every season (none of this top four shit, it's top three!) - any placing is good, third great, sceond brilliant, firt incredible! And a cup win every two or three seasons!

Have you not attended a match? Bought a kit? Because that is your money the club have spent. Even if it's an incredibly small portion.
