What do you have on your chips?

Salt, vinegar, then more salt and then more vinegar and a little more salt - Not too much salt over all just the right amount.. no sauce for my chips but tommy K for my battered sausage
 
Heinz BBQ sauce when I was at uni, use to love the stuff, gone off it now mind.
 
If I'm getting pie and chips from the chippy, definitely curry. I like both chip shop curry and Chinese curry, but I haven't been able to find anywhere down here that does Chinese curry sauce in their chippies as well as back home.

However, my late night food stop has traditionally been donner meat and chips with garlic mayo and chili sauce. Great at the time, not great the next day
