I donate to salvos.
There are 6 houses in my street, all the other 5 have a single woman in them, I help them with DIY etc.
They always know I'm there if they need anything.

I talk to my neighbours, say ‘morning’ to strangers on the street, tell scally wannabe gangster kids to stop purposely falling into stereotypes for our area, always make sure there’s a good atmosphere in the pub, call people boring cunts if they bring up politics in the pub (which also improves the atmosphere in the pub)…
