we're run by a manager who specialises in helping lowly teams play above themselves. he has no track record of winning anything (as a manager).

our first team coach is a former (average) goalkeeper.

Spot On - Our manager is good at clogging teams up the division and will ultimatly allways hit a glass ceiling of around 7th place.

Nobody goes to Blackburn and sticks 10 men behind the ball, teams view it as an away game where they can get a points or three. When you play Blackburn at home you expect three points - everyone in the league does.

So Hughes teams could be full of holding players and have a bit of pace up front to break team down with as they generally played fairly open formations against him.

No at City he has to build a team to break down stubborn side who are going to defend. Even away some teams just defend against us. He doesnt have the tactical ability to do it - if someone can provide me a shred of evidence to the contrary then im all ears.
