What famous fans do we have?

I’m sure Google is wrong. They both played for our academy when they lived in Cheshire.
Yeah, I know Tom trialed for city and I think he scored an own goal on his trial, but who knows.
I think google AI summary was using a story from the telegraph.

I’d happily call them both city fans regardless.

Swing out Sister - of Breakout fame. The two lads in that band were both blues. I believe they're originally from the Moston/Blackley area. Hardly what you'd call famous, but 80's legends along with Brother beyond and errm Bros. ;-)
Edit.
Just realised that these 2 were in top quality bands Magazine, The Chameleons and Duretti Column between them, so they must be talented lads.
