when ade is back and the way de jong is playing at the moment he should start before ireland. de jong has been one of our best player in the 3 games he has played and ireland hasnt impressed so far this season. maybe needs a rest until back to his best

And it becomes a vicious circle – if he's over-training and not allowing himself to rest and recover fully, then any such knocks won't heal properly, while he'll also make himself susceptible to further problems.

When a player is hitting the ground every five minutes while the ball is in play then its up to the manager to take immediate action not the player, or the referee, or the mascot, or the Balti pie seller. Ps, he went to the ground at least three times so I dont know what you watching at the time but you clearly werent watching the match.

You get abuse so you train harder to become a better player, then you become that better player and keep up the hard training so not to disapoint. Sadly you try to hard and over do it and then end up back at where you didn't want to be.
