You've got seven rag brothers?? Bloody hell Eccles Blue take a bow kidda. Thats a lot of peer pressure to overcome when you were a kid! True blue mate.

What bugs me though is that they are all younger than me!!! Why did they not follow me instead of our Dad??

True mate. I did the opposite and followed by older brother rather than my dad.
Both used to take me to O/T and Maine Road when I was a nipper trying to convert me haha A battle for my soul. Never felt right at O/T even as a little kid though I do have an horrendous early memory of once cheering a Bryan Robson goal. Was going to take that admission to the grave but fuck it I'll share. Was a good goal to be honest and I was only 7.

Sorry, but the term 'decent rag' is an oxymoron to me.
A bit like asking 'well, what do all the decent paedophiles think of Ian Huntley'?
I don't care what they do or say, ever,as I don't give a fuck about them, their club,or their fawning media apologists.
And we should not concern ourselves with what the tossers have to say.
'The past is yours, but the future's mine',as someone once said.
Fuck - he was a rag,so ignore that...

walked into work yesterday, and my rag work mate said.

'nited were clearly resting players like vidic hernandez berbatoss and rooney wasnt playing to his optimum, that they were resting players for their massive CL tie with ottelul galati on tuesday'

when i pointed out that they playing aldershot he wouldnt have it, guess he will be shocked when he puts on SS1 tonight.

the only united fan i give any credit to is my cousin, hes level headed has 2 season tickets of his own and lets his mates by the other on match to match basis. he goes home and away and genuinely understands football.

he was very quiet on sunday however he did put on facebook, when is the dvd out ?? so i replied it will outsell yours 6/1 , he shut up !! he later put on twitter that they were totally outclassed on the day

in the steam room last night there were 4 rags, i was listening in, excuses went from i think fergie has alzheimers, evans lost it for us etc not onew bit of credit to city.

oh another put on facebook thjis morning, that he re watched the whole match last night, and they wouldnt of won with 11 men, he said they were battered..very gracious

I found this off a rag on an Everton forum!!

I was having a bit of banter with on Friday with a rag postman at work, said I fancied City for a 3-0 win and he said "That's what your heart thinks, now what is your head saying?!" and gave it the old "no one gets a result like that at United" etc....

I didn't even have to say anything to him yesterday, he looked gutted! Handily, another blue in the office reminded him, word for word, what he said! Posty he'd been dreading coming round to our department!

To be fair a few rags I know on Facebook put up stuff like "Fair play city" straight after the match...the rest have been quieter than church mice!

Quoted from a mates facebook as a response to an argument we were having

"United may have put cash into the club to buy players but this was gradually done during times of winning umpteen trophies. There is no denying that city are a project where millions and millions is being injected purely to buy success. The reason why they were battling about mid table a few years ago is because they were a team in the same boat as everyone else, trying to progress with time. The undeniable soul reason city are in this position today is because of a vast cash injection. Money might one day by you the premier league and the champions league but that's a shame and not worth celebrating, anyone with enough money can do that, you twats are just lucky it was your team the Arabs bought. City haven't all of a sudden leap frogged united because of one dicking, you've got a lot of titles to catch up with. Those Arabs aren't going to be around forever because quite frankly they have no passion for the english game, they just want success. You guys are a long way off us and always will be. END OF ARGUMENT."

Not decent, just funny. Haven't found one rag who has accepted it gracefully yet, that said, I have been rubbing it in all there faces quite a bit

My brother in law said that the scum's defence were an accident waiting to happen all season, he's just really annoyed it was City who managed it. Also said we deserved our win, through gritted teeth :)
