A few months ago there was a shift in the Twitter style, I can only assume a new social media manager has come in, most of the tweets are now questions rather than statements. I find it annoying and a blatant attempt to try to "engage the community"

I have noticed a change in recent times, it is definitely aimed at a certain type of customer, with a clear ulterior motive underlying almost every tweet.

I can't quite work out what the aim of it all is, but like Jrb alludes to maybe it is as simple as tweet as much as possible, regardless of quality, as it leads to more website hits, online sales etc.

I just can't relate to much of the content these days, and its not even a useful/interesting source of info like it used to be. It's just blue tinted drivel.
