what has happened with Paul Jewell at West Brom?

I heard he nicked Pulis' hat. You just don't do that sort of thing.

Also heard that Pulis wanted to increase the involvement of Francis who was doing the odd bit here and there. But didn't have the money so asked Jewell to take a pay cut.

I think the first is the more likely though.

I hear that Pulis gave him one of his trademark "naked headbutts" while they were in the showers

Jewell has started legal proceedings against the Baggies saying they reneged on his salary.

Incredibly cheap skate west brom. I think this is over 20k a year. I would imagine lescott is on 40 to 50k a week? Seems very strange.
