Well got my wish being discharged this afternoon.

Spent over 4 weeks inside and apart from a very dodgy couple of days and I mean very dodgy the stem cell donor transplant has gone really well.

To coin a phrase we're Over the Bluemoon.

There's still a significant risk for 18 months but the worst is hopefully over, next bug date is 100 days.

Just a quick update on this. Mrs Moon had a scan last week and there is no cancer in her body on the scan. She's had the usual loss of hair and weight etc but they were to be expected.

She's now at day 120 post transplant so all going really well just need to still be very careful on infections and host v donor issues.
