Don't rate Pickford tbh, but he's probably the best of a poor lot when it comes to distribution. I quite like Steele at Brighton, but seems he's older than i thought!

If Grealish can't get his form back i'd put Foden out left and put Trent alongside Rice as a double pivot. As much as i don't like Trent as a RB, its undeniable he has talent on the ball and it just makes sense imo.
