Jacob's Ladder is a brilliant film but the so called 'twist' was pretty much evident from the get-go.

So you clicked on it was all a near death experience from the begging ?

Near enough. The palm reader scene was the first real give-away.

Wow - you are the first person in 20 years who I have come across who reckoned Jacob' s Ladder is a great film. I thought I was the only one.

Despite the clues I still think it is n good twist and regardless it is both frightening and life affirming.
