The reason corned beef gets its name is nothing to do with corn. It is after the pellets of salt, or "corns" that are used in the preservation process.

Bacon Brie and Cranberry (with lettuce and tomato) or Coronation Chicken (with full salad), can't decide... they have to be served on some kind of substantial bread, of course!
