I forgot about Coupling. Excruciating and funny in equal measures.
Can’t believe people post stuff like this without bothering to read back through previous pages of a thread. Can’t believe anyone hasn’t mentioned Rising damp, Rossiter was a genius.

Just in case your Horsist, I'll hold these three back in reserve: The Simpsons - Family Guy - South park.
Couldnt agree more re Still Game it really is up there with some of the best sitcoms. Not too many mentions of Still Game, if anyone on here haven’t seen it all 9 series are available on the BBC on demand, it’s absolutely brilliant. For me, in this order:
Still Game
Early Doors
League of Gentlemen
Phoenix Nights
Fools
Men behaving badly
Fawlty Towers
Mash
Two Doors Down
I think Extras was better. Some of the celebs they snared was incredible.Big fan. Particularly the first series.
After Life was also wonderful in a completely different way.
Nothing they do could possibly beat The Office though for me.
I love the irony im your lasf fwo senrencesFawlty Towers
Father Ted
Rab C Nesbit
Dads Army
Phoenix Nights
The Office
Anything with Dawn French or Michael McIntyre in them. Oh or Lenny Henry. (all are just too funny for words).
What, from here?About time somebody mentioned Porridge Absolute genius. " Naff orf " !

It was excellent, the scene with the girl with cerebral palsy was brilliant, I’ve seen similar happen in real life many times and that was just as funny. No other fans of Extras?
Still Game. The 1970's for me provided my favourite sit coms from Please Sir, Bless This House, Citizen Smith, On The Buses and George & Mildred
What is your favourite sit com?
