Half life storyline is the best. No other first person shooter beats it. Have you played Episode 1 and 2 as well?

Infact i agree with you...strong story,nice graphics and a decent engine don't hid the fact that everytime you went around a corner the same thing happened.The route was the same.Very very linear and one of the reasons i didn't ever complete any of them.EP1 and 2 are the same.

Star Wars Galaxies (online MMORPG)

Still enjoy this game even after all these years. Only thing currently installed on my Pc.
My character there (ziso) on Europe-Farstar server is about 5 years old.
He is Mayor of the servers busiest player city (have about 114 other players living there) and is Deputy leader of one of the largest guilds (Unity).

For those who have never heard of it as its a download game as not available any more in shops its Ingame content is vast.
Crafting is the best in any game i have come across with its own ingame economy (Chef, tailor, Architect, Shipwright, Weapons, Armor,Droids, vehicles, Cybernetics).
Combat characters can choose from Jedi, Commando, Bounty Hunter, Spy, Smuggler,Officer, medic
Or could be an Entertainer.

You can spend your time levelling, doing collections, badge hunting, fishing, fighting, in space (full space side to the game), anything you want really.

Main thing is, if you get into a good guild, the community is great with groups formed to take on the instances, PvP, Bosses etc.

Yeah, Prometheus on Lok. Still there and going strong, as is Unity. Also plenty of players with the WWolfs tag around still.
Should come back for a trial period, so much improvements have been done in the last year and a new GCW is the next update which looks great.

Each one of you absolutely knows that the current Star Wars Galaxies MMO is nothing compared to the pre-reboot version, and they have made a fantastic game, adequate.

I really don't want to be a part of an MMO where the developers really don't care what the community thinks about a certain topic. I remember that subscriptions fell by over 50% and they still did nothing.
