I have a guy felling that we will get beat in both games (narrowly) and go out. Im never confident ahead of the derby and I know city all too well to think that this is going to be easy... Its not. Now I hope for all the world we smash them in both games and go on the win the whole thing, but im just not that confident. Come on city, prove me wrong.

L just hope you are right - i hope that the team remembers the Derby at OT and are determined to show that they are a quality team. However i think the posyponement has worked against us - Vidic will play - Ferdenand a possability but the guy i never want to play against is Rooney and he came off after 70 minutes on Saturday so he is playing - all in all i think the rags have managed to get some of their players back from injury we seem to at best have stood still and seem no better off.

I am a bit worried about the fact that I don't expect us to fail and when it comes to derbies, the more pessimistic I feel, the more likely it is that we end up winning.

Im struggling with this as well. Historically, im pessimistic about every game, and most games where i dare predict a win would normally mean we get resoutely beaten.

I just feel different about this one, excited, almost happy, and my gut says we're going to really put a shift in.

I dont know if its misplaced and i have too much faith in the team.

but after being embarrassed at trafford, and the beating we received on sat, i think we're gonna come out firing.

That said, perhaps i will live to regret my words
