Absolute bollocks. Frasier shits on a lot of UK comedy - admit a lot of contrived one liners, but some genius farce plot lines.
 
The Office UK , definitely. Every episode I'd cry with laughter.

Also Trigger Happy TV when I was younger, used to piss myself at some of them. Laughing now thinking of the bloke who went for interview and every one in the office is dressed as teddy bears.

Loved it when he called the chimney sweep and he stuck his rod up and father christmas fell out, the look on the guys face.
 
Airplane! - still cracks me up , and Anchorman - the legend of Ron Burgundy , extremely silly and very funny!
 
This video was the winner of the first series of Youve Been Framed IIRC, cant believe the dialogue stuck with me all these years enough so I could google it just now. Made me piss laughing at the time, still funny now but not 'laugh til you hurt' like when I was a sprog :D

Hardly anything genuinely makes me laugh out loud, but family guy consistently has 5/6 moments per episode where I crack up!!
