What manager would we go for?

Sacking Bob would be ludicrous, but not beyond the realms of possibility. Bob has officially now made a worse start than Hughes, and that includes being knocked out of the cup our previous manager got us to the semi finals of, and whilst I am not looking to spark a Hughes/Mancini debate, I am saying that with the massive investment Bob has made this summer, and with us being in a worse off position than we were this time last year, thinking he 100% won't get the sack maybe a bit naive. As I say though I hope he doesn't as i'm sure he will get it right in time. Time will tell though, however as will always be the case following this club, nothing would surprise me if he were to get the old heave ho.

Cant beleive how numb people are.

Giving me all this shit about who needs the papers to cause a stir when we have people like you saying this.

Well tell me anywhere where i said i think Mancini will be sacked or i wanted him sacked? You wont find fuck all because i never said it and i dont want rid of him i was just asking who at this moment in time do you think we would go for if it was to happen. He could get hit by a bus today and never manage us again so what would you be saying then? ohh we dont need one just shove platt in charge? get a grip ffs

To be fair Hughes made an excellent start so saying Mancini has made a worse start than Hughes isn't that a bad a thing all things considered. By this time Hughes was into a run of a games where we'd win 1 in 10, if Mancini goes the same way then he'll be under pressure no doubt about that however i'd be surprised if after 17 games were on less points than Hughes was at this stage and showing no signs of improvement as we were last year

To sack Mancini at this stage would be disgraceful and thankfully most City fans won't even entertain the thought but obviously questions are going to be asked after we lose a game, thats football for you but whats important for both the club and Mancini is that we recover from the last two defeats starting with WBA on Sunday

Sorry im afraid i dont mate.

I asked a simple question and stated clearly in the opening post that i dont want him sacked or i dont think he will be sacked.

So i dont want numbskulls coming on here giving me grief saying who needs a biased media when we have people like you.

I think people are just pissed off in general. I know I am right now. The optimism I had before the Arsenal game has vanished. Never before have I seen such a richly assembled team look so poor like they were Saturday. If we lose to WB, which looking at their form is increasingly likely, I don't even want to think about the derby because the confidence will be rock bottom. Its mental how a week can change everything.

At the mid-point of the season, 19 games, we need to be on 40 points.

That means we need 23 points from the next 9 games... 7 wins and two draws.

I think it's possible.
