What moment in history would you change?

After reading the latest Stephen King book, and now listening to Winston Churchill's account of WWII and the decade build up to the start of hostilities, I was wondering, what moment in history would YOU change?

I'd try and stop Archduke Franz Ferdinand being shot and thus starting World War I. But then again, would it have happened anyway? If we'd have stopped Hitler in the early 30's would a largescale war have happened anyway? Would the Cold War have happened if it had, and without the World War and the Cold War, would we have gone to the Moon?

God I wish I had a time machine.

You may not have a time machine but nothing is stopping you running into a shop and asking what year it is; followed by jumping up and down shouting 'It's worked!'

I would have told King Harold to duck
No way. The Normans rocked and built many a picture card castle.

Nope, I'd stop the black hand gang way back when. We'd still have an empire.

I'll pick one from my lifetime.
It would be the acceleration of the Northern Ireland conflict in the late 60's.
