Vidal... Logan... Etuhu... McDermott... Clayton... Marshall... Jo... Bojinov... Caceido... Hart (obviously)... Robinho (unfortunately)...
So Trippier, McGivern and Weiss may get at least another season at City.
Of the first team squad, those out of contract will ALL be gone...
Taylor... Garrido... Sylvinho... Petrov... Vieira (but he might get a player/coach job)
The ones we'll sell...
Ireland... Onuoha... Bellamy... Toure...

even if they don't all go it's big big problem to replace so many players in the context of the Premier League/UEFA 25 strong squad
are you joking!?cleggii said:Personally I see RSC going, along with Ireland, I don't want Ireland to leave, but like you say, it just doesn't seem to be working for him, I wish Lescott would go, or at least another quality centre back be brought in..
It's unlikely that any of the youngsters you mention, including Boyata and Ibrahim or indeed, Cunningham - will be ready for next season's senior squad - of the other 14 there are major injury doubts over RSC and Michael Johnson. It would be almost impossible to successfully integrate the numbers we require. The process should have started in January but managerial change effectively stopped it. Ireland, Ned, Toure and Bellamy should and will all stay I reckon.Soulboy said:johnny crossan said:even if they don't all go it's big big problem to replace so many players in the context of the Premier League/UEFA 25 strong squad
Taking those out of the equation, we've still almost got 25 players!
And that's before we flash the chequebook...
Given... Richards... Zabaleta... Kompany... Lescott... Bridge... Boyata... Johnson... Johnson... de Jong... Barry... Ibrahim... Tevez... RSC... Adebayor... SWP...
That means we're looking to buy 5 or 6 new players... not that much?
We've also got reserves such a Johansen... Trippier... McGivern... Ball... Weiss...

Have also just read tha SWP may also be on his way which would be a great shame, SWP is city through and through and will be a good servant to city for a few more years to come.
