Some of you might agree with the above article and some of you might find it infuriating, I for one am sick too fucking death off twats in the media and red twats in general.

Sat here now in an office not too far from the scum and taking abuse off twats who don't even go to the game and they are ridiculing me! If I get through today without cracking one of them it will be a miracle.

The squad and Hughes are definetly at fault but I wouldn't put too much of the blame on Hughes, he has inherited the squad and is still trying to mould it into his own and hopefully this will happen this transfer window. Although he can be blamed for the tactics, not dropping certain players and giving them a kick up the arse. Hoplefully he will be given the time to turn this around

Yet deep down inside of me I'm smiling because I know that we are going to get out of this mess, we have been in far worse situations and we should be use to it! Yes, Saturday was a low point and we can be certain there is more of them too come but we are blues and we should get behind the team and the manager.

The media and fans of the scum are jealous, they are running scared and all the stories being made are trying to turn us into a laughing stock again, the club will turn it round with a few signings and results and when it does happen, I for one will be laughing in the face of the scum fans who are OBSESSED with City!

What are you whinging about?

That's an amazingly decent and balanced article from The Sun.

I agree with it 100%.

And who gives a fuck if you get some banter off mates? Why does it bother you? Don't you give banter out when other clubs lose? That's football. Just laugh it off and give some back.

"The Media" doesn't exist as an entity and is certainly not "jealous" of City. And I suspect that English and European Champions Man United aren't particularly jealous of us either,

Don't be so insecure, mate.

I got 34 years and still ticking when I walked in work today

they got 700m debt and still ticking in reply

Me too every last word is true, I take it that Hughes effect is rubbing off on people who still are blaming everyone else apart from him

Not saying that it isn't entirely Hughes' fault, most of the blame should be laid on the players though!

The media are constantly circling around us though waiting to pick at anything and articles like the one above are biased and they do have an agenda againt us.....It's just how I feel at the moment, I want us to get out of this and I'm really trying to out weigh the pros froms the cons.

Just hope there's a light at the end of this tunnel, one that we can throw in everyone's face and look back at this period as the turning point in our club!

Its an excellent and completely honest account of where City are right now. He has got the individual players, the club, and the manger down to a tee.

And lets be fair mate, we were all expecting sh*te today after the sh*te we were dished up on Saturday.

Sorry but the "media" just prints stories/rumours which sell papers - true or not.

Practically every club in the country think that "the media" have it in for them.

Invariably they don't.

Instead of being buried up to your neck in the garden and hiding under plant pots i suggest you re-read the article again meldrew as for the Sun this is a very balanced piece.

You know what, after reading that I hope we stick with Hughes and he gets it right. Then we can rip into that journo. He basically praises the rags for sticking with Taggart and has a pop at us for continually sacking managers then goes on to say we should sack Hughes. That journo knows fuck all about football. Hypocrite.

Anyway, forget the rags for now. We will get it right sooner rather than later. And when it all comes good we can rip the fuck out of them, throw everything back in their faces. It will be a sweet day.

''So what happened to City’s desire and energy and chasing of lost causes?

It doesn’t matter how poor your team is — or how poor you want it to appear as a means of justifying yourself, as in ‘How am I supposed to make a silk purse out of this sow’s ear?’

But, at least, you can show the above three qualities City so obviously lacked in pursuit of a trophy Hughes won four times himself as a player.

And that, I’m afraid, is mainly down to the manager''.

Hard to argue with it.

See this is what I'm getting at masterwig! I couldn't of worded it better myself, my first message was written in anger and this is the point I was trying to get across!

one hundred percent true. i'm fed up of the excuses, 'players he inherited' etc. he began with a far better squad than what sven did and had a whole pre-season.
