I went to St Pete's too '78-'83.
Andy May was 2 yrs above me, and I'd like to add that he was a right c*nt at school.

I was never in the choir, auditioned twice for it but never got through. If you weren't in the choir, you were a lepor. Every Wednesday morning was choir practice. Half the school was in it, the rest of the school literally fucked about painting or went out to play. I started just as Eamon O'Neil (Radio Manchester) left and I used to get a lift in the car with Dominic Monaghan (Lord of the Rings) in my first year. I was there when the head, Sister Aquinas was on This Is Your Life though. Sally Lyndsay (Coronation St) went there too. It was weird going in to see the Headteacher for a telling off and there were Platinum discs on the wall!!!

Now I think I realise that my education probably helped me with my ocassional appearances on telly!

Then I went to St Anne's in Heaton Chapel, then Ridge Danyers in Cheadle

Not even going to click on that link! I remember that bloody song (generous use of the word 'song' there).

Moorclose High School, Middleton, from '85-'87, while i was there the BBC did a documentary on the dire state of education in the UK at the time.Didn't really have a lesson in the last year as all the teacher's we're alway's on strike.

Both my lads went there from roughly 1986 -- 2000 at seperate times ....... the eldest was there when Trevor Sinclair attended the school.

Both big City fans i might add.

I was there 84-89. Trevor Sinclair was in my year for 3 years before he left for lilleshall.
