Seeing as though there are a lot of fellas on here in 30s, 40s, 50s etc. where one set subculture i.e Mod, rocker, punk, was usually used unlike the pick and mix today. What subculture were you all if any? I reckon if I was around back then it would have been a choice of one of three: mod, punk or skinhead lol.

I was a dissolute youth and part of no gang or culture. I wore a tweed cap, and overalls. I worked on a farm and listened to bowie on a personal cassette player. I went to clubs and stuff in the 80's and I thought "wtf is this?". I still think that mostly.

Rode a scooter, but wasn't really a mod,
Rode a Bike but wasn't a rocker.

Hair cut like Bowie (Ziggy Stardust)... what a sight eh?

I suppose I belonged to the first wave of 'the casual'

I had a mis-spent childhood ..... i never really fell into any type of social group ...... only puddles , mud and trouble!
