what the everton fans say

Remember when we tonked Leeds and thought we had handed the title to the Rags...
Same situation for Evertonians really
And we had nothing riding on that game and still rode out 4-0 winners

They'll be all kinds of speculation about the game beforehand, but professional pride and a full house for EFC's last game of the season mean this is likely to be a difficult game

Everton's injury situation, and our own is more relevant I think than EFC's Champions League chances.

Most people assume that if Arsenal slip up tonight it makes the job harder at EFC as they have more to play for, but sometimes pressure is bad. When City looked like they had blown it at Arsenal in 2012, that's when we turned it on

Alot depends on the result tonight, if Newcastle get a draw at Arsenal then 4th place is still possible and gives us a reason to go out and win Saturday.

Arsenal win tonight and it's over, the atmopshere will reflect that Saturday, Martinez wont risk a the players carrying knocks (Baines, Jagielka) and the majority of us will want you to steam roll us 5-0. If you log onto grandoldteam you'll find 90% of blues are of the same mentality. We still haven't heard the last about Istanbul from that shower over the park so them winning the league is the last thing we need

A 92nd minute City winner would be met with a Poznan all round the ground

I don't give two monkeys what Everton fans say or who they want to win. We are playing a good team on Saturday but if we match their effort our superior talent will win out.

I can't imagine the horror of watching City play knowing that a draw or win would gift the rags the title.
It is simply too horrific to contemplate.

Its not something thats likely to happen in the near future.

Didn't that happen the year Blackburn won the premier league. My memory is a bit fuzzy but i think we did what the rags needed us to do but they lost and then the league went to Blackburn.

id love everton to make top 4 and us win the title but sadly only one of those two can happen, if you dont make it this year you will be there next, good luck except for sat

We hate them, unless you live in Liverpool you probably wouldnt notice it

Over Hillsborough we give them our full support somethings transcend football, but I think that papers over alot

The joke going round at the moment is 'Everton football club are happy to announce Man City have sold out their 40'000 allocation for Saturdays game at Goodison'

Didn't we have some City fans cheering on Villa against us for some reason. I seem to remember a nutter running onto the pitch at Villa Park when Villa scored. Sure I didn't dream it but I am getting on a bit lol
