Except that that's almost exactly what 'Arry Redknapp was accusing us of with Bellamy and Palacios when City brought in their lawyers. I reckon City are probably eyeing up anyone Real outcasts by signing Jose's wishlist players but to suggest that City are actually trying to tell Real to offer us a player in order for us to let them sign someone else is I reckon going a bit far.

What we need is top class manager with a proper plan, then go out and target those specific players and clubs and get our business done quietly. We have learnt nothing from the Kaka and Robinho palava.

I love the fact that we have appeared to be brazen in the transfer window(s) of late and long may it continue! There appears to be a huge amount of interest from the *bigger* clubs wanting know about our transfer dealings. Seems to me that they are worried about us hijacking their targets; ramping up prices and turning the heads of their existing players.

The shirt selling Superstars may not be interested just yet and it might be a hard sell but we are most definitely forcing the market and if we continue to sign players of Carlos Tevez' quality then it's only going to take a couple more transfer windows to lure in the truly big named players.

Then we will have far more fans(plastics, for you die hards!), increased shirt sales and maybe filling that proposed stadium extension... not to long after we will be turning a profit...

Might even win some trophies too!
