What will be the last change to our team after Lescott and T

got to be gudhonson, puppet master, just think he would be ideal? would take the pressure off the other guys in midfield and pick a great pass ? got to give hughesy a least 2 more seasons you wont see the best out of this team till christmas just got to hang around the top six till then? then push on dont expect to much at the start reminds me very much of 67 we brought about five players in we lost the first two and drew one just got to get behind the team whatever the first few results are ?

I am not convinced Jose would have been as good in this market as Hughes has been, His buys/Targets have been excellent, This is his first season with his own full team, give the guy a chance.

Mourinho is manager of Inter Milan and still wanted to sign Deco, says it all really.

i'll ignore the jose comment but on the playing side if we wrap toure and lescott relativley quickly imo we may look for another creative midfielder especially if elano leaves, just to give ireland some competition. and depending on garrido we may look at another left back, but then hughes may think lescott can cover bridge if and when needed.

Feck Mourinho.

He has already proven most of the whingers wrong by attracting a whole phalanx of quality players to the club when apparently they would not come with Hughesy in charge. That's bollox quite clearly. He has one test left which is... can he get them playing. Let's hope and pray he can and support him so he has every shot at it.

Mark Hughes may be just about to give us the most successful season we have had since the seventies/early eighties. So stop undermining him and get behind him.

As for further team changes I think that if we get Lescott then we is ready.

It would seem Elano's days with us are numbered, so I would like to see him replaced if possible, though my preference would be for him to stay. Then maybe a top quality central midfielder in the mould of Alonso/Mascerano/Y.Toure. It looked for quite some time that Johnson was going to be this player, but I'm not sure Hughes wants to take the gamble with him after last season.

The knives have been sharpened and are ready for use if we don't beat everyone 5-0. I can see it a mile away the first points we drop, and they could well be at Blackburn, the "hughes out" brigade will take over
