Play well, compete and win something now and then.

Special emphasis on competing better in the CL.
 
Win the league!

A team this good should be aiming to win as many league titles as possible for posterity of the club.
 
If be happy with a genuine title challenge and a good run in the FA Cup.

I've gone and booked my wedding on the day of the Champions League final so purely for selfish reasons I'd prefer progress but on a small level. Quarter finals or semis at the absolute best!!

Player wise. Pogba & Sterling would be good and seeing a few youth players given a chance would be good too.
 
Playing with passion and when we are on top go for the jugular smash teams let them know who we are and let others fear us. I want the fucking lot.

Depends upon how you define 'competing'. For me going into the Champions League as a club with one of the biggest wage bills in the world places a responsibility upon you to play football the right way. I have a lot of respect for Rafa Benitez for example, but the idea of defending our way to a CL by trying to grind out 1 - 0 wins wherever possible doesn't fly for me. Especially on such a big stage.
 
I think with the amount of time that has passed and with the level of investment we've had it's time to start aiming higher. I EXPECT at least a top half finish, & at least challenging for entry into next year's Europa cup
 
Depends who we bring in and what we spend, a trip to Wembley would be nice, missed going this year.
 
time we put a full season of consistancy, effort and quality in. even whilst winning the titles we have fallen short in at least one of those areas.
 
Play with pride,passion,pace and intensity the way we did at our best. Be in contention for the title till the last minute of the last game. Win one of the cups at Wembley.play convincing,exciting 'European'football in the CL. Give the cheeky fucking rags a thrashing home and away. And restore the #Together 'We Fight To The End' mentality which was missing this season. Oh' and bring back our POZNAN for the big South Stand.
 
Stop being sloppy, match the opposition's work-rate and bring in a couple of players that will allow us to get the best out of Yaya, Sergio and Spanish Dave.
And stop throwing away two-goal leads, stop being overrun in midfield and stop having a defence that forces Joe to give MOTM performances to gain the points against even mediocre opponents.
We've got most of the players to achieve it, we just need a couple of top signings.
Do we need a new coach? I'm not sure, but dropping nine points against the three relegated sides suggests something is wrong in the motivation department.
Top 3, preferably top but certainly fewer points behind the champs if we don't win it.
Progress if the domestic cup draws are favourable. Cups may be a lottery but Newcastle and Boro at home were both very winnable.
Knock out stages in the CL without pitiful performances in the groups unless we get a real group of death. After that we must progress if we get a team we'd be expected to beat. But we'll probably get Bayern or one of the Spanish gruesome twosome.
