Presumably, the bird isn't earthed, whereas you are standing on the ground when you touch it?

Surely a " three phase electric fence " will be too high for anyone to piss on .
Electric fences for the farming use are only twelve - fourteen volts and they would not leave a burn like that

Where as three phase is 460 volts and to place a fence with that amount of voltage low down enough for some stupid cnut to piss on would be stupid and most likely illegal

As a spark I'm struggling to think of an instance that would necessitate the need for a three phase fence, especially one within pissing distance of your average Joe.
